Metal Arpeggios
I
To play
an arpeggio means to play the notes of a chord individually.
Arpeggios are used all the time in rhythm guitar
playing, and also as a lead guitar technique such
as these metal arpeggios. Metal arpeggios
are played using sweep picking (all down picks when
going down and all up picks when going up), and
are played much faster then most rhythm style arpeggios.
In
this lesson we're playing 3 metal arpeggios
using sweep picking on the G B and e strings.
