Ace Guitar Lessons Legal & Disclaimers
The lessons in Ace Guitar Lessons contain specialized knowledge, techniques and methods that, regardless of my own results and experience, may not produce the same results for you. After teaching thousands of guitar lessons to hundreds of students, it has become clear to me that each individual learns at their own pace. Some students learn quickly and easily, while others take a very long time and find guitar playing difficult.
Most people are somewhere in the middle, but variables such as age, hand size, prior musical experience and especially the amount of time and effort put into learning and practising guitar will be the greatest determining factors for your guitar playing success.
By taking these lessons you assume all risks associated with learning a musical instrument with the full understanding that you are solely responsible for anything that may occur by putting the lessons presented into action in any way. You agree that our company cannot be held responsible in any way for any personal injury, loss, or the success or failure of your music career as a result of taking these lessons.
It is your responsibility to ensure safe handling of instruments and to take breaks between practising to avoid “straining injuries” that may result from playing and learning guitar.
